MASRUR RAHMAN
Founder & Host
Masrur is an international fashion industry leader, business consultant, and project designer with over a decade of experience in business strategy, sustainable fashion, and digital innovation. He is the Founder & Host of the Good to Great Podcast.
As the former Country Coordinator of Fashion Revolution Bangladesh, Masrur spearheaded major international collaborations that elevated Bangladesh’s role in global sustainable fashion. In this capacity, he led the Upcycle Universe Design Competition, which brought together emerging Bangladeshi fashion designers under the mentorship and evaluation of renowned international judges from IFA Paris, Central Saint Martins (UK), and Istituto Lorenzo de’ Medici (Italy).
As part of his leadership at Fashion Revolution Bangladesh, he also designed and directed the Bangladesh–Nigeria Cross-National Virtual Exchange and Design Competition. This pioneering initiative formed cross-national teams of emerging designers from both countries, connecting 50 designers across two continents and fostering groundbreaking cultural exchange, collaborative creativity, and shared learning in sustainable design.
Through Fashion Revolution’s global networks, Masrur delivered a guest lecture (virtual) on fashion and sustainability at Istituto Lorenzo de’ Medici in Florence. He also organized a series of global virtual talks in partnership with Fashion Revolution Sweden, which featured speakers from Finland, Germany, Thailand, the UK, Sweden, and Italy. These conversations expanded global dialogue around ethics, transparency, and innovation in fashion.
He represented Bangladesh at the Asia Regional Strategy Meeting in Manila, Philippines, collaborating with eight other Fashion Revolution Country Coordinators from across Asia to co-develop Fashion Revolution’s 10-year global strategy. In this role, he also engaged in strategic collaboration with stakeholders from over 50 countries worldwide, strengthening regional solidarity and ensuring Bangladesh’s voice remained central in shaping the future of sustainable fashion on a global stage.
Beyond Fashion Revolution, Masrur has worked with leading fashion retail companies such as BRAC-Aarong, Yellow by Beximco Group, Sailor by Epyllion Group, and Apex Footwear Limited, gaining diversified experience in international business development, omnichannel e-commerce, marketing strategy, and business strategy.
He is also a U.S. Department of State Exchange Alumnus, having attended leadership training in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Washington D.C., which strengthened his global perspective and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
TAMARA HÉJJA
Co-Founder & Host
Tamara is a fashion designer and creative professional with international experience in design, garment construction, and digital innovation. She is the Co-Founder and Host of the Good to Great Podcast.
Tamara graduated with First-Class Honours in Fashion Design from Southampton Solent University in the United Kingdom, where she honed her research, design development, and technical skills. Over the past six years, she has led and organized local fashion shows in Hungary while working internationally, building a versatile portfolio across marketing, design, social media, garment construction, print design, and pattern cutting.
For more than five years, she has been an active member of Fashion Revolution Hungary, contributing to the global movement advocating for a fairer, safer, and more transparent fashion industry. Since 2020, Tamara has also served as the main organizer and social media manager of GSFW (Global Sustainable Fashion Week), further reinforcing her commitment to sustainability and innovation in fashion.
Her work demonstrates expertise in developing concepts through to final collections, with a strong emphasis on sustainable practices and innovative design approaches. Passionate about shaping the future of fashion, Tamara continues to explore creative opportunities that merge design excellence with sustainability, aiming to inspire positive change across the global fashion industry.
TIMEA HÉJJA
Co-Founder & Host
Timea is a fashion management and marketing professional with extensive international experience in event organization, styling, and creative direction. She is the Co-Founder and Host of the Good to Great Podcast.
She graduated with First-Class Honours in Fashion Management and Marketing from Southampton Solent University in the United Kingdom, where she developed expertise in management, finance, and strategic communication. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Public Relations at the University of the Arts London, London College of Communication, further strengthening her skills in global communication strategies.
For more than five years, she has been an active member of Fashion Revolution Hungary, contributing to the global movement advocating for a fairer, safer, and more transparent fashion industry. Since 2020, she has also served as the main organizer and social media manager of Global Sustainable Fashion Week (GSFW), reinforcing her long-standing commitment to sustainability and innovation in fashion.
Her professional experience includes working with the Hungarian edition of X Factor as a Stylist Assistant, where she thrived in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Earlier in her career, she also held leadership roles, including President and Financial Lead of her high school Student Council, where she managed a team of 50, developed budget plans, and organized large-scale events. These experiences sharpened her skills as a strategic organizer, communicator, and team leader.
Passionate about innovation in fashion management and PR, Timea continues to create original collections and multimedia content, driven by her ambition to shape the future of the global fashion industry.
